What is your return policy?
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with Venofye skincare products. As such, we’re happy to offer you a product exchange within 30 days of purchase, should you be unhappy with the original purchase. We regret that we cannot offer refunds at this moment.
How can I return my product?
Please return your product at your original point of purchase. This means that if you purchased your Venofye product in a store, you’ll have to bring along your product in its original packaging (including any given accessory, user manual, warranty card, and authentication certificate) with your purchase receipt. If you purchase a Venofye product online, please contact our customer service center at 1-877-554-1777, during work hours (Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm and Friday: 9 am – 3pm PST) within 30 days of purchase. Additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense.
Can I exchange online purchases at a store?
Unfortunately, all purchases need to be returned at their original point of purchase. This means that store purchases need to be returned at the original store of purchase, and online purchases need to be returned via the original online merchant. Please contact our customer service center at at 1-877-554-1777 for more details.
Product returns and exchanges:
- Each item for return needs to be returned in original packaging and include any given accessory, user manual, warranty card, and authentication certificate.
- Damaged or defaced products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Please note that all return items are the responsibility of the customer, even in transit, until the item reaches Evalectric safely.
- Venofye does not take any responsibility for replacing items that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
- Additional postage costs will be incurred at the customer’s expense.
